SPRING REFEREE GUIDELINES
Here are the referee instructions for games and assignments for the coming season. Call in for assignments is Thursday night from 7:30 to 9:30. Referee_Guidelines
SPRING 2009 FIELDS
All fields will be avaiable startng March 14, 2009. Please be sure to adhere to the following conditions:
- No team can train, practice or scrimmage on the field inside the track at Candlewood. (games only)
- No team can train, practice or scrimmage on any field at Candlewood, West Hollow, HS East or HS West before 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday and 1:00 PM on Saturday.
- If a school sport is being played, YOU MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH THEIR GAME! If you are asked to move, MOVE.
- There will be two fields at Five Towns College (closest to the parking lot) for the U6 age group. (for games and practices)
- U4 and U5 will play and practice at Chestnut Hill.
- U7 will play and practice at Middle Earth.
- U8 and U9 will be playing at Candlewood.
- U10 and U11 Travel will play at
- U12 and older (travel and all Interleague teams) will play at FiveTowns, Candlewood, HS West and/or West Hollow.
Any coach that ignores any of these rules will forfeit their training reimbursement (if eligible) and run the risk of not being allowed to coach in our club.

UNIFORMS
For immediate access to intramural uniforms, please contact Beth Leifer at 631-243-6434.
Please note that in addition to getting your intramural uniforms at all in-person registrations you can order by mail - click on the Uniforms and Store link for more information. Pre-travel and travel uniform information is also available there as well. Travel coaches, please note. The club has a new travel uniform which all travel teams are required to wear.

SCHOLARSHIPS
The Dix Hills Soccer Club awards annual college scholarships to eligible travel team players who have distinguished themselves through athletic, academic, and community achievements. Our objectives are to foster excellence in the endeavors of our travel team players and support their higher education goals. To be eligible, the child must have played for a DHSC travel team for at least four seasons and meet other eligibility criteria described in the application.
